FAQ's

Our toys are compound and molded in the United States.

They are made in Erie, PA by one of the leaders in custom rubber injection molding: Lake Erie Rubber & Manufacturing.

We've worked very hard with our manufacturing partner & other experts in the rubber industry to create a proprietary natural rubber compound that has industry-leading durability AND safety.

Our guarantee is no B.S. If your Monster K9 toy doesn't last as long as you think it should, contact us for a full refund or one-time replacement. We stand firmly behind our products.

100%

Our products are made from natural rubber, which is one of the safest and best materials to use for dog toys.

On top of this, we've implemented industry-leading safety standards. Our toys are compounded in the U.S. with an FDA compliant formula, CPSIA approved (children's toy standards), and free of lead, BPA's phthalates, and other toxins.

And unlike most "durable" dog toys, ours aren’t made of hard synthetic materials like plastic or nylon, so they won’t splinter or develop sharp edges.

Most other toy companies can't even tell you what is in their toys, let alone what isn't in them.

We usually ship within 1 business day, and it usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive.  If it hasn’t arrived within this time frame, please message us at support@monsterk9.com, and we’ll be happy to help!

If you’re not happy for any reason, just let us know at support@monsterk9.com and we’ll take care of it right away.

As a rule of thumb, if you have a medium to large dog, you’ll likely find our toys are the perfect size.

We’ve found that most dogs from 25lbs and up can use our toys with no problem, depending on the breed.  At the end of the day, you know your dog the best and what size of toy they can handle safely.  We list the exact size and dimensions for all of our products, so you can compare with toys that they’ve used previously.

Note:  If you’re ever concerned that your dog is too large and/or the toy isn’t large enough, please exercise caution.  This can be a choking hazard.  Our dog toys are made for larger dog’s, so this is rarely an issue, but please keep this in mind if you have an unusually large dog — again, you know your dog best.
